LONG term members of the Launceston Road Runners Mick Foster and Jim Baker are teaming up again — this time, to take on the Six Peaks Challenge this month.

Mick was the recipient of a heart transplant 20 years ago and on several occasions since his recovery has set about raising funds for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in astonishing style.

He is a several times world record holder in track and long distance running, as recognised by the Transplant Games organisers, and has represented Britain in several World Games.
