Launceston u8 43
Hayle u8 29
FOLLOWING last week's win over St Austell by 17 tries to nine, Launceston continued by impressing at Polson Bridge.
In a fixture that saw the hosts narrowly win by one try in November, the travelling team from West Cornwall were looking for revenge.
In a total of four mini games, Launceston were slow to start in each of them and fell behind to excellent early tries from Hayle.
The hosts soon got in to their stride though, producing some quality handling and game awareness to turn the ball over on many occasions.
Playing with rhythm and free-flowing rugby, Hayle struggled to respond. Launceston dominated three out of the four games and drew the last, with every member of the home side scoring at least two tries.
