LAUNCESTON Youth Hockey Club are the under 10 Mixed County Champions, following some stunning performances over a variety of competitions.

Finn Harrison, Gemma Thomas, Amber Jeffery, Hamish Hudson, Hannah Gardner, Ben Harrison, Ollie Rundle and Ryan Downing played 12 games over four tournaments, winning 11 and drawing only one.

Astonishingly, they conceded a solitary goal over the course of these matches, scoring a massive 50.

A club spokesperson said: "Outstanding play and team performance by the youngsters was a pleasure to watch by all."
