THE Cornish All Blacks picked up their sixth win in seven matches with this hard-fought victory over bottom of the league Dings Crusaders.

Launceston made hard work of dispatching a side which slipped to its fifth straight loss at Polson on Saturday, but credit must go to the visitors, who did their best to frustrate their in form hosts.

Ill-discipline cost the Bristol based side in the end, with four players being sin-binned in the second-half, but even then, they didn't make it easy for Launceston in a scrappy and forgettable match.
