DUCHY College has welcomed new rugby coach Ashley Morcom to the team at the Stoke Climsland campus, where he is getting stuck into training the new rugby team at the college.

Mr Morcom played professional rugby for the Cornish Pirates for five years as a 'prop' and in 2003 won the Pirates 'most improved player' award.

Ashley from Threemilestone started at Duchy College Stoke Climsland at the start of the academic term and is now in full flow with the rugby coaching; training the new team at the college and sharing his experiences of playing professional rugby.
