CORNWALL under-18 manager Glynn Hooper has named his squad for the Duchy’s next game in the FA County Youth Cup and, as expected after the 4-2 victory over Gloucestershire, there are no surprises.
It’s the same 19-man squad for the 2.00pm kick off at Truro City’s Treyew Road ground on Saturday when West Riding are the visitors with a quarter-final place up for grabs .
In the past, Cornwall have actually made it through to the last four on two occasions, and once, back in February 1995, they beat Saturday’s opponents on the way, so the whole of the Duchy will be hoping that is a good omen.
The Cornwall squad includes a trio of Camelford Football Club players which is great to see.
