JEDD?Peschke scored a second-half winner as Bude moved to within three points of safety after securing a 1-0 victory over Plymstock at Broadclose Park.

Both sides had chances in the first-half with Hayden White going close for the Seasiders while Alex Harrison was on hand to deny United on the line twice.

However Peschke won the game in the 75th minute when he latched onto a long ball from goalkeeper Gary Dinshaw before slotting past the visiting custodian to spark wild scenes.

Camelford 7

Newquay 4

KEEGAN?Lloyd scored a quadruple as Camelford moved eight points clear of second bottom Callington Town with a seven-star show at Trefrew Park.

Newquay skipper Jack Bray-Evans, who would go on to score a hat-trick himself, put Newquay ahead after four minutes before Lloyd equalised soon after.

Balsdon then smashed home a penalty on the half hour mark before Bray-Evans curled home a wonderful free-kick to restore parity.

But Reg Hambly’s men went in at half-time 3-2 up as Lloyd slammed in another before doing the same not long after the break.

Balsdon added a fifth with 20 minutes to go before veteran striker Danny O’Hagan kept Newquay interested with their third of the game, just five minutes later.

However, Ryan Pooley struck home a sixth to make the game safe and Lloyd added a fourth to give Camelford their fifth win of the season.

Bray-Evans completed a marvellous performance with his own hat-trick by the end.

The Camels are scheduled to be in action tonight as they welcome St Austell (7.30pm) before hosting Ivybridge Town on Saturday (3pm).
