THE Schools County Cross Country Championships were held on Saturday, January 19 at Truro School.

Several students from Callington Community College entered this year's competition.

The day was a huge success, with all the athletes that competed from the college finishing in the top 40 (of in the region of 100) in their respective races.

Special mention must go to Sam Lane de Courtin (Year 11) and Alice Rogers (Year 13) who both won the Under 17 section for boys and girls respectively.
