WERRINGTON’S Adam Hodgson and Callington’s Ben Ellis have once again been named in the Cornwall side for Sunday’s NCCA Western Division Two clash with Wiltshire at St Austell (11am).

Hodgson is set to open the batting once more at Wheal Eliza as the Duchy look to build on their superb victory at Shropshire, a result which has seen them open up a 20-point gap in the early standings.

His opening partner will be Helston’s Dan Jenkin who makes his three-day debut, while the other change sees Xavier Clarke come in for Kent professional Alex Blake.

Clarke will bat in the middle order in a team captained by former Werrington star Paul Smith, with Ellis expected to bowl as first change.

Entry for all three days is free.
