BOP (Bude, Okehampton and Plymouth) Tae Kwon-Do Schools have plenty of celebrations to cheer this month.

Both instructors have passed the rigorous grading procedures for their next Dan grades.

Mr Guy Southard has been promoted to Fifth Degree Black Belt, and Mrs Lisa Southard to Second Degree Black Belt with the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain, and they welcome two brand new First Dans to the Plymouth and Bude club.
