HOLSWORTHY FC Under 12s have won the North Devon League Plate, following a comprehensive win over Braunton. The game started well for Holsworthy, thanks to a great goal from Archie inside two minutes. A couple of great shots followed, with Lewis hitting the crossbar and the Braunton goalkeeper Isaac pulling off some amazing saves. However Holsworthy doubled their lead in the 17th minute, thanks to the persistence of Lewis. It wouldn't be long until he would score again — though there was time for Archie to strike Braunton's crossbar once more inbetween the goals.
