BUDE Football Club held their annual presentation evening at Bude Golf Club recently, and after a lovely meal, the much anticipated award presentation began.

The club awards were the first to be announced. Club-person of the Year went to Huey, Supporters Player was confirmed as Chris Hill, Supporter of the Year went to Graham Adams, and in his first season in adult football young goalkeeper Ryan Chadwick won Most Promising Player.

The team awards were next on the agenda, starting with the ladies. Manager Jess James confirmed the team hadn't had a successful one but will bounce back stronger next season.

Most Improved Player went to Lisa Cornish, Jo Timmins won Best Player — voted by away teams, Players Player was Leanne Stanbury and Managers Player was Mandy Congdon.

Third team manager Adam Wosnitzka was up next and his team were the most successful one in the club winning three cup finals — the Hutchings, Pickard, and League Cup.

Players Player went to Leigh Watson and Ryan Chadwick picked up his second award with Managers Player.

Thomas Melville talked about the second teams impressive season finishing third in the league with promotion still a possibility. John Clayton won Managers Player and Jake Salt won Players Player.
