THERE was silverware aplenty handed out at Holsworthy Youth Football Club's fifth annual presentation evening, held recently at the town's Memorial Hall. There was a fantastic attendance of players, managers, parents, family members, friends and representatives from the Devon FA and the Devon and Dorset Association present. Club chairman Steve Lee began the evening by thanking everyone for attending and explaining how much the support shown to the sides during the season had been appreciated. Special thanks went to Joel Greening, Kieran Langman, and their families for not missing a single game or training session throughout the season, despite both their mums suffering with breast cancer. Thankfully, they have both been given the all-clear, and were wished the best for the future by the club whilst being presented with bouquets of flowers.
