TWO skilled and talented catering students from Sir James Smith's Community College recently tackled the rigours of a competition designed to emulate the skills seen on television's MasterChef.
Zak Robinson and George Buckley were selected by the teacher responsible for catering at the school, Philippa Keen, to demonstrate their skills in the FutureChef scheme, organised by the charity Springboard, which promotes the catering and hospitality industry.
As part of the local section of the project, involving schools from the county, Zak and George demonstrated their skills at Camborne College.
