THE weather just managed to hold off on Sunday (June 16) for the crowning of this year's St Teath carnival royalty at Pencarey gardens, St Teath.
This year's royalty were crowned by Sylvia Mewton. Preparations are well under way for a week of events leading up to the grand carnival procession on Saturday, July 27.
The carnival will be led by Camelford Town Band and this year's royalty on a horse drawn carriage.
