ON October 12 and 13 Kelly House hosted its ninth Woolly Weekend supporting Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW).

Makers from Devon and Cornwall sold their wonderful woolly products and demonstrated the wide range of uses for wool.

The entrance this year transformed into an aquatic woolly tunnel by Alison Murray.

Sophia Kelly said: “We were delighted to see some regulars from as far as Switzerland as well as new visitors to the event which helped raise £729 for the charity.

“We hope to see you all next year for the tenth Woolly Weekend on October 10 and 11 2020.”

If you want to visit the house sooner, the next event for CHSW will be an opening of over 10 acres of gardens in the hamlet of Kelly, on April 25 and 26.
