POLICE are seeking witnesses after a collision in Launceston left two men injured — with one man’s injuries described as life changing.

Just after 1am on Sunday, June 19, police were notified of a four-vehicle collision on Tavistock Road. They said a Peugeot driven by a 21-year-old local man was in collision with a parked, unattended Renault, and that the collision pushed the parked car into two further parked and unattended vehicles.

The driver suffered a head and facial injury and his male passenger suffered a serious leg injury, which police described as life changing. Both were taken to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, for treatment.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Team are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 65 of 19/06/2016 or email [email protected]
