BUDE always look forward to the long trek down to Penzance, with Wayne Rundle making sure his first aid kit is fully fitted out.

With spirits high Bude started the match with confidence. Unfortunately no one told Penzance this and Penzance decided to open the scoring with a well worked goal from open play.

Not to worry as Bude were playing some good, passing hockey and decided to score one back, thanks to Will Brown guiding the ball into the goal from an awkward angle.

Again Penzance scored with a strong strike from a short corner.

Still Bude were undeterred and started a good passage of play with the ball moving around the back confidently and attacks being made down either side of the pitch and through the middle. All of this resulted in another goal to Bude scored by Andy Arthur.

Penzance were still proving to be a strong side and were passing the ball about equally as well as Bude. Again Penzance they went in front.

Bude's answer to this was, yes you guessed it, another goal from Bude.
