­BUCKFAST schoolchildren had a wild time raising money for endangered species.

The St Mary's Catholic Primary School pupils celebrated a Wear it Wild Day and raised £116 for the World Wildlife Fund.

Headteacher Nicola Slack said: 'All the children and staff had a great time.
