THE Coads Green WI held their annual dinner on Thursday, October 19, at the Boscastle Farm Shop.

The evening may have been wild and windy outside, but there was a congenial atmosphere inside.

The president, Linda Willan, welcomed the members and their partners and was presented with a corsage. Graham Tucker said the grace.

Everyone enjoyed an excellent meal and those present were very appreciative of Tracey and her team for making the evening so seamless.

The next meeting will be held at the Cowslip Workshops on the changed date of Wednesday, November 15.

There will be an opportunity to make a decoration for Christmas and enjoy a supper together. In the busy build up to the festive season, an additional Christmas craft evening, led by Alison Gribble, will be held in the chapel parlour at Coads Green on November 8, starting at 7.30pm.
