THE Wild Ponies, the Americana phenomenon, is due to perform at the café No8 in Launceston.

Taking place on Wednesday, June 22, Doug and Telisha Williams from East Nashville will entrance audiences right from their opening musical notes with their delight and skill.

The duo has visited No8 before, and each time they conjure something new and exciting out of their bag of songs.

May 2016 has seen the release of their latest album ‘Radiant’, and will introduce No8 and its audience to this new material that has been inspired by a wide range of events and images.

The pair will present alternate tracks of sublime delicacy, with others of raucous abandon that will live up to the couple’s desire to create good art by bending musical rules, bucking trends and building on the glorious depths of their past catalogue of work.

Music will start at 8pm on June 22, and tickets will cost £10.

To purchase them, call the box office on 01566 785386 or buy online at www.wegottickets.com/wildponies.

For pre-gig food from 6.30pm onwards, please reserve a table on 01566 777369.
