As part of their support for events and activities in Tenby, Tenby Chamber of Trade and Tourism is asking members and community groups in the town to send details of their events so they can be promoted free-of-charge on the What's On calendar (in partnership with the Tenby Observer) on the new chamber website, http://www.visittenby.co.uk">www.visittenby.co.uk

An event, together with details of the venue, date, contact ('phone and email address if possible) and short event description can be emailed to [email protected]">[email protected] and will be uploaded, together with events covered in the Tenby Observer.

The new website is part of efforts by the chamber to ensure that smartphone or tablet savvy visitors have access to information about the local businesses and events, even while on the move. As an addition to the website, starting shortly is the second 30-day trial of free wi-fi covering Tudor Square and the town centre, helping Tenby become one of the UK's first seaside smart towns and offer better internet access for visitors and locals alike.
