THE Rural Services Network has welcomed the launch of a website for rural communities to add their experiences in the ongoing fight against crime.

The National Rural Crime Network website involves 29 police and crime commissioners and their Police Forces across England and Wales. It was set up to promote intelligence and ensure the effective sharing of best practice in relation to dealing with rural crime and anti-social behaviour.

It aims to help the public, police, community safety practitioners and others to share information that can be used to develop policy and best practice against crime.
