SUNSHINE blessed Kilkhampton for its fete on Saturday, July 20. More than 1,000 revellers from near and far visited the village to watch the spectacle of the procession and enjoy the many stalls and entertainments that it had to offer.

This year's queen, Eleanor Petherick, was crowned at the Lych Gate, in front of St James' Church and the procession was led by Bideford Pipe Band, leading people to Lamb Park.
