WELL over thirty walkers and five dogs braved the cold and windy weather to take part in the annual Coast and Countryside walk organised by the Bude/Stratton Branch of the British Heart Foundation. The eight mile walk started at the Crescent car park in Bude and ended at Rosie's Kitchen on Crooklets beach. The varied route took in the Bude Canal, the Whalesborough Downs and the coastal path. The Bude BHF committee extended thanks to all who took part and all who supported them with sponsorship.
