AFTER a very successful few weeks of raising money for the Mark Bowman Cancer Appeal, first highlighted by the 'Post,' a sponsored walk was organised for Mark on Sunday, July 29 starting at the Crescent car park in Bude at 10am under threatening skies. However over 70 people turned up for the walk which went up the canal towpath to Hele Bridge and on to Widemouth Bay, returning by the same route.
