A VEHICLE was found to be driving in Holsworthy on the evening of February 11, with no insurance or MOT.

The car was also registered as SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification).

The Holsworthy Neighbourhood Police Team took to social media to warn other road users of the risks of not having a vehicle properly checked, especially during the recent cold weather. They said: “In weather conditions like we have had tonight, all vehicles on the road should be checked by their drivers to make sure they are roadworthy. Check your MOT, check the condition of your car and make sure you are insured!”

They added: “Stay safe everyone.”
