A?SINGLE vehicle road traffic collision occurred on the Callington to St Ann’s Chapel just after 1.35am last Friday.

Fire appliances from Callington and Liskeard and the rescue tender from Bodmin attended the scene.

On arrival, officers found a single vehicle had gone down an embankment into a field.

No-one was trapped and fire personnel assisted the ambulance crew, who were also present.

Officers used a ladder to assist in the recovery of a single occupant back to the main road.
