FOLLOWING on  from the letter which David Harland ridiculed, I continue with my theme of the corrupt bankers.

I use the word corrupt by quoting Peter Lilley in Parliament on November 20 last: "In any other walk of life these bankers would end up in prison."

The solution is shown in history and now in the present day.

Most know of Iceland's recent history regarding the collapse of the banks.

The bankers did not suffer, only the people of Iceland.

Iceland has decided to take back control of money supply.

They issue bonds the guarantee of which is based on the future of the labour of Iceland's people. They, as we, need to work in order to survive.

The money created from the bonds allows the infrastructure to be improved and the public services to continue.

Compare this to the debt this country owes to the banks.

As each year passes more of our labour is used to pay off the interest  banks charge and who created the money out of thin air.

Then check what our government did just before the start of the First World War. The country was broke and they had no money necessary to go to war.

They created the Bradbury pound, named after the man who promoted it.

This is exactly the same process as Iceland is now doing.

They sold bonds guaranteed by the future labour of the British public.

It worked then. It could work now but the weak politicians aided by the ignorant public allow this unnecessary austerity to continue.

These bankers need to be ejected from our life.
