THERE are currently two vacancies on Camelford Town Council, following the resignations of Cllrs Melanie Baber and Philip Clark.
The resignations were announced at the April 21 meeting of the town council, and Cllr Brian Lush, Mayor of Camelford, said the council would have to think about an election or co-option.
Once the notice of the vacancies is published, if 10 people or more ask for an election, an
election will be held; if not, the council will be able to co-opt two new members.
