BIG breakfasts have been popping up all over North Devon and the latest will be held at the Brendon Arms in Bude in aid of North Devon Hospice.
On Saturday, March 12, from 9am to 11.30am there is a chance to join in with a Big Breakfast that gives people the chance to share the most important meal of the day with family, friends, neighbours or colleagues — while raising vital funds for a local hospice.
The Big Breakfast, which is sponsored by Phillip Dennis Foodservice, costs £5.95 each and the money raised will help North Devon Hospice care for local people who are suffering from the impact of cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.
All hospice services are provided completely free of charge, but it costs £4-million a year to provide the care.
The service it provides is only possible thanks to the ongoing support of the people of North Devon so by attending a local Big Breakfast event, the public will help support people in the local community.
Everyone is welcome on the day — to pre-book a breakfast call 01288 354542 or for more information, visit www.northdevonhospice.org.uk, or call Gerard Fawcitt on 01271 347224.
