A TWENTY year old Tregadillett man was accused of driving with excess alcohol when he answered bail on Friday, June 12.

Mark  Sanders was bailed by police to appear before East  Cornwall Magistrates' Court on June 26 to face the allegation

This follows a fatal road traffic collision which occurred between a Ford Focus and a pedestrian on December 21 last year.
