AROUND 70 tractors with almost 100 supporters took part in a charity tractor run in aid of the NSPCC on Sunday.

They set out from the Countryman Inn at Langdon?Cross near North Petherwin and travelled to Crackington Haven and back.

The event, which raised £672.50, was organised by Ed Horn, Peter Hatch, Adrian and Emma Barriball.

Ed, who is a teacher specialising in PE at Tregadillett and Trekenner primary schools, will be running in this year’s London Marathon to help raise money for NSPCC.
