LAUNCESTON Town Hall's £1 million refurbishment and alteration project has earnt a second award.

It has followed its Special Commendation success at the Cornish Buildings Group Awards with a Highly Commended Award in the Conservation Category of this year's South West Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards.

Representatives from Launceston Town Council and Kivells Chartered Surveyors attended an awards ceremony at Leigh Court in Bristol to collect the award.
