A CAMELFORD based business has been named the regional franchisee of the year 2017 by one of Britain’s biggest providers of homecare services in the UK, Bluebird Care.

At Bluebird Care’s eleventh annual conference, the Bluebird Care Cornwall North franchise, whose office is in Camelford, received the accolade.

From over 40 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated along with two others, and owners Sylvia and Mark Sayers, were delighted to hear that they’d won the regional title.

Sylvia and Mark accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Cornwall North team at September’s annual conference.

The award was presented as recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff.

In qualifying for the award, Bluebird Care Cornwall North was submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in three key areas.

Accepting the award, Bluebird Care Cornwall North’s franchise owners Sylvia and Mark Sayers said: “We are so proud to be accepting this award on behalf of the company and region.
