CHANTALE St John Rosse and her mum, Betty Vignoul held a traditional 'Belgian Waffles and Pancakes Day' in aid of Children's Hospice South West at the Deli Licious Café in Tintagel, by kind permission of owners David and Brenda Williams on Tuesday, February 21. Many local firms, Deli Licious staff and friends helped, and the excellent fare was cooked by Betty and Chantale themselves. The day was held in memory of Chantale's dad, Guy Vignoul, who together with Betty, used to own the Tintagel pancake and waffle shop in years gone by.
