Treknow fitness instructor Alison McGillivray and a host of school children from the ages of two to five years warmed up the runners. The race was started by Mr Ian McNiece, 'Bert Large' from Doc Martin who kindly supported the event from start to finish and donated the star prize, which was a day on set with the Doc Martin Crew and lunch for two.
