TINTAGEL Orpheus Male Voice Choir took part in the great 'Trelawney Chall­enge,' supporting Children in Need at the Mason's Arms, Camelford on Friday, November 7.

Male voice choirs all over Cornwall took part in this event with everyone singing Trelawney at 9pm to raise funds for such a worthy cause.

Among the Tintagel choir members present were George Jose, Gordon Stephens, Sid Goodman, Mike Harrison, Mervyn Colwill, Rob Rotchell, Bob Metters, Bob Fox, John Theobold, John Andrews, Wesley Mills, Gordon Davison, John Sadler Ray Nute, John Stratton and David Cook with Alan Dawe providing accompaniment on the piano.

The choir have practice nights every Tuesday at 7.30pm in the Methodist School Room at Tintagel.

Everyone is welcome to go along as the choir always welcome new members.
