AN APPEAL lodged against North Cornwall District Council's decision to refuse the conversion of a dwelling into two flats at Free Fall, Treven, Tintagel, was recently dismissed by a planning inspector.
Gyllian Grindey, planning inspector, dismissed the appeal, lodged by Mrs J Hitchcock stating: "I conclude that the sub-division of this building into two dwellings here would not accord with the relevant planning policies for the area."
