YOU wouldn't normally hear the words 'messy' and 'church' in the same sentence together but you will hear them more frequently now that Messy Church has landed in Launceston.

Gateway 2 New Life church has set-up a Messy Church in Launceston that meets on the third Sunday of each month between 3 and 5pm.

With each month having a different theme and an opportunity for the whole family to come along to an informal environment to experience worship through coming together, making things together, eating together and celebrating together.

The first Messy Church in Launceston was launched in Launceston Town Hall in January with 26 people in attendance.
