BRADWORTHY?Carnival was complete with colour and variety on Saturday, August 28.
As locals and visitors from across the area turned up to see what the 73rd extravaganza had to offer.
The first Bradworthy Carnival took place in November 1937 and raised £81, since then it has continued to grow.
With the bad weather holding off, exhibitors made their way through the village, ranging from classics depicting the 'Railway Children' and nursery rhymes 'Sing a Song of Sixpence'.
There was plenty to amuse all, from marching bands, fairground rides and a bouncy castle.
The Bradworthy Football Club then provided a barbecue.
See this week's 'Post' for carnival results and more photos.
