THE aroma of freshly cooked eggs and bacon will waft through Whitstone Village Hall on Saturday morning, March 14.
Tetcott Hunt Supporters' Club is laying on another of its sumptuous full English breakfasts. This important fundraising event has always proved very popular for the hunt's members, supporters and the public alike.
An enthusiastic team of chefs and helpers, all members of the supporters' club, will be hard at work in the kitchen cooking and serving the locally sources fresh food. This is a treat not to be missed especially for those having a good appetite.
And there is an added bonus. At 11am the hunt's hounds, together with the field of mounted followers, will gather behind the hall ready for a day's trail
hunting.
A colourful sight in the countryside, steeped in tradition, and one which the members of the supporters' club, through fundraising events, are determined to retain.
Breakfast will be served from 9am and costs £6 with children half price. However, seating is limited and those wishing to sample the delights must book early by calling Ann on 01288 341417 or Neville on 01409 253163.
