TESCO, in partnership with Torridge District Council (TDC) and the Joint Delivery Team (JDT) Regeneration Partnership, will be holding two public exhibitions in October to display their plans for a new foodstore on the current Livestock Market site at Underlane, Holsworthy.

This follows Tesco's announcement that it plans to bring approximately 120 jobs to Holsworthy, through the provision of a new store on the current Livestock Market site.

As part of a joint programme of consultation, TDC and the JDT will be presenting their plans for the proposed agri-business centre at the Old Market Hall in Holsworthy Town Centre on Wednesday, October 5 where representatives will be on hand to answer any questions on their forthcoming planning application.

Tesco will also be holding an additional public exhibition on Saturday, October 8 at the same venue.
