ST GILES lunch club has celebrated ten years of providing a hot cooked meal once a month to both local and far and wide members.

This is also a social event as well and is very much enjoyed by all.

By meeting up with their friends and having a good old chat the club was formed in September 2008 after the Jubilee Room was built at the hall.

The club has now extended the lunches to twice a month. The present cooks provide a very high class, deliciously cooked lunch at all times.

The hall committee has just installed a new cooker and dishwasher which helps to provide better working conditions for the cooks.
