MEMBERS of the Holsworthy Moorland Training Group once again participated in the Ten Tors challenge.

This year, the group had a team in each of the three distances at 35, 45 and 55 miles, with each team providing drama and pride for leaders and parents.

With rain and mist for the majority of the time the event was one of the toughest for a number of years, meaning a real challenge for all the participants.

The 55-mile team of Naomi Rubbra, Cassie Walker, Clara Down, John Malseed, Josh Coyne and Tom Bullingham lead the way with a "brilliant performance".
