THE Friends of Holsworthy Library will be holding a table top book sale to raise funds for the Holsworthy Library.

The fundraising event will be held on Wednesday, September 21, in the Memorial Hall in Holsworthy, from 9.30am to 12noon.

Mary Care from the Friends of Holsworthy Library said: “Friends of Holsworthy Library will be raising funds for Holsworthy Library to enhance the resources of the library. For example, being able to pay the fees for visiting authors, for children and adults at special library events, such as The Big Reading Challenge in September; to make sure the Library has funds when needed.”

The books will all be reasonably priced and there will also be coffee on offer for those coming to browse through the books and see what the other tables have to offer.
