Bude Ladies' April Medal on Sunday April 5 — Silver Division winner, Annie Quartermain 88-17=71 and the Bronze Division winner S Winstone 107-35=72.

Wednesday April 8 — Silver Division winner was Sheila Hynes 92-14=78 and the Bronze Division winner A Aparicio 110-36=74.

St Enodoc Golf Club hosted the Cornwall County Championships. Four Bude ladies entered the 36 hole qualifying competition, Suzanne Courtenay, Collette Burgess, Jean Reed and Jean Pearce. Suzanne qualified in the top 16 and played top qualifier Sarah-Jane Boyd, unfortunately losing to the eventual winner, Collette qualified in the 2nd 16, unfortunately she lost in the first round, but well done ladies for qualifying.
