Pembroke had a surprise visitor turn up on the weekend, when Henry VII himself paid a visit to Pembroke Castle and mingled amongst the public, for the very important Magna Carta historical event.
There was a large group of people young (and not so young) present taking on an abseiling challenge down the castle and doing their bit for charity - one being the Air Ambulance Wales and the other, the Alzheimer's Society.
"This was brilliant for me as I now have local contact with the Alzheimer's Society, for which I have pledged £10,000 over the next year," said Peter Kraus (Henry VII himself for the day).
"The history of Pembroke means a lot to me, having lived there for many years, and I would love to see more historical things happening generally in the town.
"To meet up with Major Ramsden and so many fantastic people made my day. Well done Pembroke!" he added.
