THE Tesco superstore in Launceston unveiled its new look store and celebrated by donating £500 to a local charity.
Store manager Nick Dawe made the donation to the Trustees of Coronation Park, represented by trustee chairman and Launceston Deputy Mayor, Cllr Dave Gordon, accompanied by the Mayor, Cllr Rob Tremain, who cut a ribbon to mark the re-launch.
Cllr Gordon said: "We are extremely pleased about the donation; I would like to say a big thank you to the team for thinking of us. We are in the process of deciding how we will use the funds."
