ST BREWARD resident Fran Calver had the surprise of all surprises when her daughters Emma (Dennis) and Narelle (Barker) organised a 70th birthday celebration for their mum, despite her strict instructions that she did not want a party arranged!

Held in St Breward village hall with a splendid table of food prepared, many friends and relatives assembled for a surprise welcome as Fran happened to drop in.
